They call it the balance...

... I call it hypocritical bullshit.

And after yesterday’s BBC website’s uncritical acceptance of the branding of alleged killer Anders Behring Breivik as a “Christian fundamentalist” by deputy police chief Roger Andresen, we have a report via Quiet Man in a comment at Orphans of Liberty the interesting Jihad Watch snippet that shortly after his name was released as the killer, his English language Facebook page was amended to add “Christian” and “conservative”. Whatever prompted the policeman to add the adjective '"fundamentalist"? Could it be The Narrative workingt its undiverse ideological charm once more?

Go and look at the screenshot because the page is now off Facebook. What circumstances explain an accused terrorist adding those adjectives to his Facebook page after be became a notorious killer, I wonder?

Needless to say, the BBC does not know about this interestingly-timed edit perhaps because it doesn’t fit the narrative of the incident being both genuine and inherent in Norway’s (and by extension the Jedeo-Christian West’s) political make-up.
They even go into detail about his – quite correct – belief that some Muslims are trying to "colonise" Western Europe and that he blames multiculturalism and "cultural Marxism" for permitting this.

So everybody who believes that stuff is likely to be a killer, do you think? Perhaps you should.

They are, as predicted by moi, making Left-wing hay as the sun shines and we have to fight back confidently. Even if he is a Christian and a conservative and has been for ages or during a sudden conversion, everything he seems to have done goes against all mainstream Christianity and much of what minority Christian groups believe (look, the slaughter of the innocents was WRONG, okay?), is utterly inexcusable, and it’s hard to see what conservative thinker or modern-day politician would ever condone massacring children and teenagers.

He’s the only one. In ten years sonce 9/11, this is it. Almost all the other religiously inspired terrorism is from Islam. The resistance to the caliphate goes on.

PS.

Does anyone out there have links to other Christian, Jewish, Sikh or Hindu international terrorism? I know there is one gruesome nationwide violent Hindu group that strangely doesn’t operate in the Middle East, Europe, America, Australia or the Pacific, but is there much else do you think?

Missed THAT one

Are we all insane?

I mean, the natural conclusion to draw from the Fort Hood shootings is that army bases are becoming ever more dangerous places. This poor man obviously had his head pushed down the toilet by the football team and was frequently snubbed by the cheerleaders, never got a date for the prom, and was obliged to eat his lunch with the Goths and the kids who play on-line games every second of every day that their moms don't send them to school. It's finally time to bite the bullet and enforce much, much stricter gun control on military premises to make sure that this can never, ever happen again.

I don't know how we all missed that one; really I don't.

Over there

Here’s where you can donate money to the Poppy Appeal for our servicemen and their families. What’s you money worth? Your freedom? It can be quantified – in gallons. Remember them.

And here’s why they’re doing the right thing in the right place at the right time.

LONDON – British Foreign Secretary David Miliband and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton say Pakistan faces a serious threat from terrorism, but the country's nuclear arsenal is not at risk.

Taliban militants have launched a series of increasingly audacious attacks on military and political targets on Pakistan. On Saturday militants attacked the army headquarters, taking dozens of hostages.

At a news conference Sunday, Miliband said Pakistan faced a "mortal threat," but there was not a risk of Pakistan's nuclear weapons falling into terrorist hands.

Clinton said the U.S. had confidence in Pakistani authorities. She said terrorists were "increasingly threatening the authority of the state, but we see no evidence they are going to take over the state."

One thing you can be sure of concerning the wrong-headedness of the non-communist Left in facing evil is its essential conservative nature. They don’t believe that time passes or that uncomfortable changes happen during the passage of time. If it didn’t happen before, it won’t happen later. If it did happen before, it won’t happen again. If it happened in a small way it won’t get worse.

This explains how appeasement of Fascism worked in the 1930’s. The Left feared the probable pain and costs of small losses and if they compared that with potential gains from suppressing and preventing the future massive future losses of another world war they didn’t show any signs of it. They expressed grudging satisfactions with the status quo. Hitler could have been contained if he had been faced down. He was not and scores of millions died.

It also explains President Clinton’s repeated failure to act as if America was under concerted military and ideological attack. A chronology of Islamist attacks can be read here. The USA was in a war but it didn’t fight it, much, and treated their attackers as criminals. No forward planning. No over-view. No speculation about what might happen next. He expressed grudging satisfactions with the status quo.

Every failure to counter-attack: to have a plan to find and defeat the growing number of increasingly confident Islamists led to the moment when Osama bin Laden and Mohamed Atta made their dramatic protest against the stationing of US troops in Saudi Arabia.

If Secretary David Miliband and Hillary Clinton, following in this inglorious tradition, say that they have faith in Pakistan - a grudging satisfactions with the status quo - I say we should be worried.

Political Islam runs deep in Pakistan – helped to form the stat itself. Democratic institutions are skin deep and military coups are commonplace.

Taliban forces have conquered parts of Pakistan’s territory in a series of deeply penetrating attacks of the country, and at one time their control was temporarily legitimized by the Pakistani government.

Take this forward in time. Imagine that our British and the American ‘peace movement’ manage to get our troops out (or mostly out) of Afghanistan. No more ‘illegal wars.’ no more ‘Blood for, er, sand,’ in Afghanistan. Neo-con hell with this kind of fine chap influencing British policy during the Cameron Governor-generalship. The Taliban take power nationwide once more. We won’t hear the screams of the doubly punished women and young men as they are forced to comply with Taliban ultra-Shia once again as the brutish morons do their bloody work. Liberal cameras will politely avert their discrete eyes from the absolute reimposition of the dictatorship, but this is sensible, Left-liberal and Right-libertarian approved realpolitik and bringing our boys home from Brown’s war.

What do the Taliban-supported Islamists in Pakistan do – grab the first camel up the pass to the new earthly paradise to be with their Afghan brothers, or call to them Come on in, the peaceful civilian population is lovely? And what would their victory mean for Pakistan’s nuclear bombs?

Evil doesn’t go away. If you don’t fight it, stamp on it, humiliate it when it’s down and attack it when it’s resurgent, it moves elsewhere because totalitarian, ideological evil is greedy.

Which is the only good British national security reason that our brave troops are in Afghanistan.

Remember them. Honour them. Remember history, and honour their mission.

I'm only dancing...

I just can't wait to see how the multiculturalists and the other liberals deal with this one.

RIYADH (Reuters) - A Saudi court of cassation upheld a ruling to behead and crucify a 22-year-old man convicted of raping five children and leaving one of them to die in the desert, newspapers reported on Tuesday.
The convict was arrested earlier this year after a seven-year old boy helped police in their investigation. The child left in the desert after the rape was three years old, Okaz newspaper said.
International rights groups have accused the kingdom, the birthplace of Islam, of applying draconian justice, beheading murderers, rapists and drug traffickers in public. So far this year about 40 people have been executed in Saudi Arabia.
In Saudi Arabia, crucifixion means tying the body of the convict to wooden beams to be displayed to the public after beheading.

Just who to side with - the sponsoring and utterly lovely Religion of Peace or the one that they believe in their heart of hearts to be the only true victim here - the convicted multiple child rapist and killer?
Decisions, decisions. Left breasty-dumpling milk, or not quite so left breasty-dumpling milk, my poppets?

Chortle.

Expect The Reaper

Didn't get much chance to blog or surf yesterday or to read anything but the headlines on the dead tree press at service station shops. One tabloid headline was something like 'a disgrace to humanity', and the Telegraph's front page article stated that Nick Griffin used his place on Question Time to 'attack Islam.'

I'd like to know how many airliners full of commuters, cars full of explosives and NHS doctors or rockets he used to attak Islam.

The BNP is largely the creation of the political class in general and the New Labour core in particular.

As Labour abandoned its working class roots for a rainbow coalition led by middle-class cultural Marxists and encouraged formerly civilised banks to prey upon the natural acquisitiveness of human beings by abandoning Mr. Major's financial controls, our rulers - with their typical sense of humour - allowed the EU to compel an open doors immigration policy on Her Majesty's County Council regarding the Continent and practised a de facto one regarding the rest of the world, to conduct endless experiments with intrusive and job-destroying legislation, to raise a worthless, workless mob over those men and women who still seek to support themeslves and feed their own families, degraded every national symbol of unity, cohesion, and pride, defamed any criticism of the project as tantamount to genocidal xenophobia, and at the same time contrived to install every centrifugal force into 'national' assemblies in all but the English heartland, and expected...what?

And as for the rest of the jokers; our PC political class, what of them?

The Tories are so enthralled to bending over in the shower for their Etonian dictator that they sat meekly by as he sacked an ex-army officer for the temerity of suggesting that some black recruits use their race as an excuse for underperformance in basic training. He elevated Baroness Warsi as his spokesperson on why British soldiers are terrorists... And as for the 'Liberal' 'Democrats....' Well, they just go along for the ride as far as I can tell.

National bankruptcy matters. Immigration matters. Nationhood matters. British customs, laws and morals matter. To people.
But for the jokers - only their collectivist, post-moral 'morality' matters.

As you sow, so shall you reap.

Orinoco The Impaler

"If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever."

It didn’t turn out like that here after the Cold War. Yet.

This little gem is from the Jewish Chronicle, and concerns our old pal Michael Jackson, RIP.

Jackson: I could have changed Hitler

Michael Jackson spoke of his admiration and love for Hitler the showman, newly discovered recordings have revealed.

Jackson, who died in June aged 50, recorded over 30 hours of conversation with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach eight years ago.

He spoke of his belief that he could have rehabilitated Hitler and said: Hitler was a genius orator. To make that many people turn and change and hate he had to be a showman and he was.

Rabbi Boteach replies: "You believe that if you had an hour with Hitler you could somehow touch something inside of him?".

The singer replied: responded: "Absolutely. I know I could."

Rabbi Boteach has now made the recordings into a book The Michael Jackson Tapes.

He said of Jackson: He yearned so deeply to do good with his life but was ultimately consumed by indescribable loneliness and pain.

Amongst the recordings, Jackson also revealed his wish to date Princess Diana, and how he wanted to hug Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, the killers of two-year-old James Bulger.

I don't think that the Jewish Chronicle can have missed anything significant out of this account: except the obvious that Rabbi Boteach clearly A) has the patience of a saint, and B) is an excellent businessman.

Anybody want to argue that Michael Jackson was in any way a conservative?

(Life isnt fair #2817. Can you imagine just how big this story would be if a serving British soldier, any white mainstream Christian clergyman or any businessman who was not a political class supporter had spoken of his admiration and love for Hitler the showman? The end of it we would never hear.)

Jackson wasn’t powerless; after his death many thousands of people proclaimed their admiration and love for the man, and he received acres of press stating how he inspired entire generations, etc. He had influence, and in this case, he added a great deal of candy floss to the thinking of thousands, and maybe millions of fans.

He sang and danced well. He sold soppy records. He was an eccentric and talented entertainer for the same millions reasons that he wasn’t a child abuser. He expressed daft ideas asking can’t we all be friends? and had himself filmed as some kind of musical totalitarian messiah and ambassador to the uncrowned empty heads of Europe.

He thought he could have talked Hitler round in an hour.

Get that? The notion does not seem to have occurred to him that Hitler might have been irredeemably evil: either bad to the bone and the product of centuries of European anti-Semitism or just an amoral opportunist who picked an electoral winner and ended up killing millions.

Amoral speaks to amoral, I suppose.

If it’s okay to consider redeeming and child-murderers by hugging (and even I think that those two boys could very well have improved their behaviour during their years inside the criminal justice system), then logically it isn’t so long a step to talking even the Left’s biggest all-time male hate figure into believing what Jackson seems to have thought - that were all the same and in need of love, a hug, and maybe a pair of tight trousers over white-socked pointy shoes?

Pretty much anyone outside the magic circle who even hints that they like sauerkraut is fit up by the wise for a pair of jackboots and a knapsack load of Zyklon B, but dancing boy makes Stalin-like statue videos of himself and it’s somehow just a big laugh.

But it isn’t just a laugh.

Evil: the conscienceless urge to power: to dominate, oppress or destroy whole populations doesn’t really exist in this one subset of the Left. As Dumb Jon often writes; if liberals ever denounce vampires as a right-wing myth, start laying in the wooden stakes.

Jackson was the liberal gestalt down to his last amino acid molecule and single-width Lego brick.

Denying the existence of evil in all its strength and its eternal appeal is the liberal Trojan Horse to real totalitarianism. This pose, when translated into votes and media messages and hopeful editorials helps to let totalitarianism creep in sometimes with a bang and sometimes with a whimper. Filmed as a science fiction special effects blockbuster this idea would probably be the shortest space horror movie of all time and over in about two minutes: Aliens versus Wombles.

This is how millions of people productive, intelligent people can decide to ignore Barack Obama’s lifelong associations with people hostile to the US military, any use of force by the democracies at all, and who, to this very day, ignore or tolerate his cosying up with the Honduran would-be president for life, and Hugo Chavez the democracy hater, the Castros, the ‘Islamic Republic of Iran’, and resetting US foreign policy with Putin’s Tsarist/Soviet Russia the year after it invaded Georgia. This attitude and belief system – call it three monkeys optimism - comes from somewhere: it sure as hell doesn’t come from any even halfway clear reading of history or knowledge of human nature – even the often instructive playground level. It comes from the culture. Which is where Michael comes in.

So a man who had all his melanin removed and then migrated to live in the sun-scorched Middle East pronounced that 60 minutes of his goodwill could convert a colossal psychopath into pursuing fluffy liberalism, and we’re not all outraged as well as laughing about it?

Our Left and the American Left huff and puff about the allegedly apocalyptic and war-generating fantasies of ‘Christian Bible Fundamentalists’, but if Obama chanelling Earth Song by offering ‘tougher sanctions on Iran’ is what stands between us and nuclear annihilation, then I’d rather stand with - and be protected by - people who know evil when they see it. So what if they happen to believe that Barney The Dinosaur is less than ten thousand years old? I'd much rather be with them than be anywhere near to, let alone have my security negotiated over by, people who happen to believe in Barney The Dinosaur’s policies.

Because as it turns out the boot stamping on the human face forever is looking an awful lot like a sandal just now.

All we are saying

Excerpt from ‘All We Were Saying,’ Thriftback, Gollancz, 2015.

Chapter Six: The Beginning of the End.

Text taken from contemporary accounts of the famous speech and from the Hansard Parliamentary Report posted on www.britainunited.gov.uk .

Provisional Parliamentary Buildings, University of Salford, Greater Manchester, England. Friday, 11th November 2011.

The Queen opened a joint session of Parliament , leading the surviving 230 Peers and 173 UK Members of the Commons in prayer for the dead of London and Birmingham.

The Leaders of the Houses of Lords and Commons, the Speaker Sir John Redwood, the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition Sir Frank Field, the leaders of the Liberal Democrats and also the six MPs of the Patriotic Front, along with the leaders of the newly-formed Royal Celtic League consisting of most of the formerly nationalist parties of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland all joined Her Majesty in hoping that the civilian rescue workers, returning armed forces, and survivors would continue to bring ever greater order and security to the blasted and still burning areas of the Home Counties and Midlands. They also praised the Welsh and West Country Shire Civil Contingencies Divisions managing the diminishing but still dangerous levels of airborne fallout.

Surviving secessionist MPs remained in hiding, along with both Islamic Party Members, if they were indeed still alive.

The Archbishop of Canterbury (formerly of York prior to 11th September 2011) preached a wide-ranging sermon concerning the divine love that Providence had shown in sending torrential rainstorms and powerful easterly winds throughout southern and central Britain immediately after the explosions, an especially moving and yet hopeful passage concerning Exodus, and another on the victory of David over Goliath. He later reminded Parliament that it was visitors from the East who, along with the humble shepherds, had first come to pay tribute to the infant Jesus and that they too had a part to play in God’s plan.

Death tolls and evacuation schedules matters were tabled for the Home Secretary’s address tomorrow. The Home Emergency Minister’s detailed reports of operations against conventional terrorism in the Emergency Order Quarantine Areas of Yorkshire, Bedfordshire and Lancashire which were published on www.britainunited.gov.uk for a crossbench motion and amendments on the following Monday in what was billed as the most highly publicised and the most democratic debate that Britain has ever seen.

The Prime Minister rose to address Parliament on the causes and consequences of the bombings of exactly two months ago.

‘The bombs came from Pakistan and not from Iran as was previously speculated.

Though the Reunification Government in Islamabad has officially denied it, we now believe that both warheads were looted this spring in the Taliban incursion that reached northern Peshawar. Indian Military Intelligence (to whom I express my deepest gratitude) has supplied information captured during the Reunification that indicates that the whole Taliban/Al Qaeda invasion was intended to gain access to hardened nuclear weapons stores near Peshawar before the then military Pakistani government had fully mobilized against secessionist Islamist provinces.

We now believe that the warheads were smuggled out of the publicly Taliban half of Afghanistan and thence to England, probably by using Fahad Mir’s shipping line to Hull, and thence to safe houses in Yorkshire.

We don’t believe that any more than two warheads were stolen, though our remaining special forces in Pakistan are working alongside both Reunion Government and Indian Army troops in the mopping-up operations and seeking radioactive traces as their sole priority. We are receiving little or no active help from the US forces in the so-called Worldwide Stand-At-Ease areas of Afghanistan or Kuwait.’

No-one asked her about any unofficial and nearly treasonous help from US troops and intelligence agencies, which was rumoured to be widespread and invaluable in the ‘Irwell Whitehall’ of the Salford campus’ regenerated Civil Service, but which was openly posted about and praised on the British blogosphere.

‘Both of my immediate predecessors,’ the Prime Minister went on, ‘Had sought peace and security for the world and our county over the last two years by active disengagement from fighting Islamism abroad in Afghanistan, Pakistan and elsewhere. They sincerely believed that if we left them alone, then they would leave us alone.

They were wrong.

Peace lovers and patriotic supporters of our troops alike – both on the Left and on the Right - agitated long and successfully for the scaling down and eventual ending of British military operations in Afghanistan. They typified our forces’ previous operations there as ‘neo-Victorian’, ‘imperialist World-Order liberalism’, and ‘dishonest Blairite adventures.’ But an honest reading of the history of Islamic political power will realize that it is always expansionist until it is either overcome by greater force or by the threat thereof. The Troops Out movement of two and three years ago, coupled with the unprecedented US policy of Worldwide Stand-At-Ease after the 2010 mid-term elections led to a brief and tragic triumph in the Middle East of Revolutionary Iran and the resurgence of the Taliban to their East – and nearly to a nuclear-armed Islamic alliance from the Mediterranean to the Indian Ocean.

Centrifugal and democratic forces ended the worst of that – but not before the nuclear tragedies here and in Israel.

And so to better news.

The 150,000 Israeli refugees in Bristol, Liverpool, Plymouth and Southampton are proving to be extremely helpful in the fallout and reconstruction efforts, and their almost universal Nuclear, Bacteriological and Chemical warfare training and the high proportion of trained medical staff amongst them is saving thousands of British lives every day. Every day too, thousands more arrive from the Levant as quickly as our reconstituted merchant fleet, the Royal Navy and National Airlines can bring them in from Cyprus and Gibraltar. I can assure Her Majesty, Noble Lords and Ladies and Right Honourable and Honourable Members that after our returning armed forces, Israeli expatriates are everywhere in the forefront of the anti-radiation effort and the rebuilding and staffing of hospitals.

One rather welcome difficulty that we face is the near-unanimous willingness of young and old Israelis alike to serve with the Home Guard in the Pennine and Bedfordshire EOQAs. Anyone who’s seen the films of Israeli settlers and their friends in Florida, New York and Los Angeles seeing off Anti-Impeachment rioters and gunmen will agree that not only do these gallant people have much to avenge but also that they have the means and the willpower to hold their tormentors to account. However, their help under arms is not needed yet in the United Kingdom. The Home Guard is working beyond Sir Frank’s and my late predecessor’s expectations to restore peace and law in those few areas still prone to violent treason.’

She put down her glasses and papers and launched impromptu into what was later described as ‘the best rant the internet never posted.’

‘Look. We’ll all have to live here together when this is done. Whatever led to this, whoever supported our enemies, we shall most of us be alive in these islands in a decade’s time if the radiation goes on being washed away, and we all have to do our part to remake a lasting peace. I’m not going to ask for Israeli volunteers when the Home Guard, Regular Army and the Royal Crescent legion are getting the job done. No sir, no. I will not give way.’

Here she refused to allow an interruption from the controversial deputy leader of the Patriotic Front.

‘You and I sir can, after this is all over and done, feel some bitter satisfaction about having been right all along about the traitors and potential traitors in our midst. But here and now and for the sake of the future, we should also rejoice – yes, I say “rejoice” - and stand humbled about being so pessimistic about their numbers. No sir, no. I will not yield the floor to you.

Mister Speaker, despite the known ideological motivation for these three colossal acts of nuclear murder, I have to say that sympathy for that cause is now all but non-existent here in Britain. A few hard-core holdout areas remain, but the Leicester Legion accompanied the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Home Guard Divisions to victory throughout the Black Country a mere week after those divisions and that Legion were founded and sketchily armed.

Overnight hangings now outnumber beheadings by a factor of thirty to one in Bradford’s last remaining EOQA, and the Oldham curfew is not merely holding up but is being enthusiastically enforced by Lancashire companies of the RCL.

We’re not out of the woods yet. There is much to do and no doubt there will be many setbacks, but the bombings that were intended to destroy Britain and leave it disunited and dispirited have only served to strengthen the people’s resolve to live in peace and freedom under democratic institutions with no-one and no community or belief system above and beyond the law.

Despite the great and painful work ahead to rebuild our wounded country, we can look once more to the overseas origins of this bloodshed, honestly examine and discuss the belief system that prompted it, and plan our foreign policy to recognise that wishful thinking and any kind of isolationism will no longer do against a remorseless, determined, and powerful enemy.

Sleeping dogs do not lie. They grow strong and go hunting.’
