“Almost every Swedish woman feels very or somewhat unsafe when they exercise alone in the dark”, finds new research by the Aftonbladet newspaper in the wake of the vampire attack crisis.

Combining a wide-ranging study of attitudes of women towards being outside in the evening on their own and personal interviews, the findings show that the statement of 34-year-old Ellinor Andersson that she carried a crucifix in her hand at night, ready to strike out, are quite normal.

Talking to Aftonbladet, the woman said: “I would never go running by myself at night”. Another said she would never go out alone after seven in the evening.

The survey finds that now 46 per cent of women aged 16 or over felt either very or somewhat unsafe when they are alone in the dark, compared to just 20 per cent for men. Even during the daytime many are uncomfortable, the results also show 43 per cent felt insecure while in a city on their own, and around a third were “afraid” of Swedish cities”.

Many women were so afraid of trying to get home in the dark, they would go to lengths to avoid it. Almost one third said they’d rather stay at a friend’s house overnight than try and get home, should they be caught out by the falling sun.

The figures may come as a surprise to some, given the reputation Sweden once enjoyed for being one of the happiest and safest countries in the world. Today, Sweden has been called the vampirism capital of the west, and despite efforts to debunk the title it still has significantly higher than average rates of exsanguination.

While the Aftonbladet study makes absolutely no reference to what precisely the women are afraid of, the study comes amid a barrage of stories coming out of the country of lone women being attacked by newly arrived vampires.

One major concern is that many of these undead remain free after blood sucking, having been handed extremely short sentences or not having been caught at all. A news story that may weigh heavily on the minds of Swedish women, and was reported by their national media before the police stopped revealing the identity of offenders in crimes where vampires were involved to avoid seeming “superstitious”, is that of a brutal gang attack in a secluded park that left a woman with “life changing” injuries.

The 23-year-old victim was attacked while sitting alone on a park bench by a gang of teenage vampires. Once they beat her into submission the leader of the gang used his mobile phone to call his friends to join them and participate — eventually the woman was bled anally and vaginally six times by the group as her attackers laughed at her.

Because the revenants were technically under 100 years of age they were tried in a newborn’s court and all will be released this year, having been serves (sic) just six year burial. The Master of the attack, who received nine years in a crypt couldn’t stand even that, and escaped entombment last month and is now on the run.

Reason, according to Enlightenment thinking, was supposed to be a panacea for Mankind’s ills and as such was and remains the proclaimed foundation stone of liberalism ancient and modern, washing away millennia of superstition, ignorance, obscurantism, illegitimate power and the privilege of elites to be above criticism, questioning, mockery or other challenge.

Reason was imagined to be something like aSwiss Army knife for politics, philosophy, economics and morality: the duct tape of Liberal Man; The Force.

Nothing could not be faced, identified, defined, explained and dealt with by the fearless wielders of the sword of reason, who would go anywhere, pay any price, to seek any knowledge without fear or favour.

Perhaps in the new religion of the mighty mortal mind, Reason was to be the illuminated ones’ equivalent of Charity for the Christians as described in 1 Corinthians 13.

It turns out - quite unexpectedly I’m sure - that in fact all the patience, persistence, humility, intellectual courage, openness and tolerance of the unorthodox in word, belief and thought and that all the hope and endurance intended in seeking the truth wherever liberals’ inquiries led them has been reduced to an economy-sized bottle of Pig-Be-Kleen, at least as far as onemouthpiece of the American educational establishment is concerned.

You can transpose this to its UK equivalents without too much effort.

Someone has suggested - in a place created by and for the supposed leaders and instructors of a nation’s educators as a subscription-only content site no less - the notion that a particular new ‘academic discipline’ might in fact be ill-suited to solving certain kinds of problems in the same way we might question dowsing, phlogiston theory or phrenology.

The questioner was removed; banned from making her case ever again; exiled untested and unanswered.

Why? Because her methodology is wrong? Because her statistics are too narrowly selected or fragmentary or because her evidence was unattributed or her experiments proved unrepeatable and thus difficult to recognize as science?

Nope; it was because her critics are upset at being having their beliefs questioned and their opinions challenged.

Since Brainstorm was created five years ago, we have sought out bloggers representing a range of intellectual and political views, and we have allowed them broad freedom in topics and approach.  As part of that freedom, Brainstorm writers were able to post independently; Ms. Riley’s post was not reviewed until after it was posted.

I sincerely apologize for the distress these incidents have caused our readers and appreciate that so many of you have made your sentiments known to us.

One theme many of you have sounded is that you felt betrayed by what we published; that you welcome healthy informed debate, but that in this case, we did not live up to the expectations of the community of readers we serve.

You told us we can do better, and we agree.

Freedom of speech but only when pre-approved by authority….Public distress as a justified reason (that word again) to exclude distasteful dissent.

So it’s back to tradition, deference, customary good manners, respect for authority and the established ways of thought for the people who lead the people who teach the children of the only nation on earth to put men onto the surface of another world.

I second that emotion.

If it’s good enough for educated modern liberals, it’s good enough for me.

And good luck figuring out that tricky old foreign policy, guys!

The Most Persuasive Case for Eliminating Black Studies? Just Read the Dissertations.

You’ll have to forgive the lateness but I just got around to reading The Chronicle’s recentpiece on the young guns of black studies. If ever there were a case for eliminating the discipline, the sidebar explaining some of the dissertations being offered by the best and the brightest of black-studies graduate students has made it. What a collection of left-wing victimization claptrap. The best that can be said of these topics is that they’re so irrelevant no one will ever look at them.

That’s what I would say about Ruth Hayes’ dissertation, “‘So I Could Be Easeful’: Black Women’s Authoritative Knowledge on Childbirth.” It began because she “noticed that nonwhite women’s experiences were largely absent from natural-birth literature, which led me to look into historical black midwifery.” How could we overlook the nonwhite experience in “natural birth literature,” whatever the heck that is? It’s scandalous and clearly a sign that racism is alive and well in America, not to mention academia.

Then there is Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor, author of “Race for Profit: Black Housing and the Urban Crisis of the 1970s.” Ms. Taylor believes there was apparently some kind of conspiracy in the federal government’s promotion of single family homes in black neighborhoods after the unrest of the 1960s. Single family homes! The audacity! But Ms. Taylor sees that her issue is still relevant today. (Not much of a surprise since the entirety of black studies today seems to rest on the premise that nothing much has changed in this country in the past half century when it comes to race. Shhhh. Don’t tell them about the black president!) She explains that “The subprime lending crisis, if it did nothing else, highlighted the profitability of racism in the housing market.” The subprime lending crisis was about the profitability of racism? Those millions of white people who went into foreclosure were just collateral damage, I guess.

But topping the list in terms of sheer political partisanship and liberal hackery is La TaSha B. Levy. According to the Chronicle, “Ms. Levy is interested in examining the long tradition of black Republicanism, especially the rightward ideological shift it took in the 1980s after the election of Ronald Reagan. Ms. Levy’s dissertation argues that conservatives like Thomas Sowell, Clarence Thomas, John McWhorter, and others have ‘played one of the most-significant roles in the assault on the civil-rights legacy that benefited them.’” The assault on civil rights? Because they don’t favor affirmative action they are assaulting civil rights? Because they believe there are some fundamental problems in black culture that cannot be blamed on white people they are assaulting civil rights?

Seriously, folks, there are legitimate debates about the problems that plague the black community from high incarceration rates to low graduation rates to high out-of-wedlock birth rates. But it’s clear that they’re not happening in black-studies departments. If these young scholars are the future of the discipline, I think they can just as well leave their calendars at 1963 and let some legitimate scholars find solutions to the problems of blacks in America. Solutions that don’t begin and end with blame the white man.

Once again, the evil law-monkeys Carter Ruck have got a media organisation - this time the mighty BBC - exactly where they want 'em, bent over and braced to squeal like a piggie.

According to the (admittedly usually execrable) New Statesman, Carter Fuck have bullied Newsnight into removing all reference to their investigation into the Trafigura story from its website.

Now, we've all talked about the Trafigura - or #trafigura as the tweetsphere calls it - scandal before, haven't we? Carter Fuck failed to gag the Grauniad over this shocking case, and there's no reason to think they won't fail again here.

They probably know that, but the authoritarian urges die hard, especially when you're being paid five hundred fucking quid an hour to indulge them.

One of the 'facts' about which we are assured by those wise rulers who seek to censor our freedom of speech about the darkest aspects of Islam as it is actually practised in much of the world is this: if we should so much as point out that, for example: Islamist Muslims really are taught to despise the rest of humanity; or to indicate that Koran, Sira, and Hadith contain numerous examples of hostile and downright lethal injunctions to Muslims to wage undending warfare on the rest of Mankind with the intent to subjugate us; or that the present violent acts of Islamist Muslims are motivated by those parts of Islam about which we are not to discuss, then brutal, bloody, and unreasoning vengeance will generally break out as mobs of unbelievers; inflamed by our mentioning these truths, seek to punish any and all Muslims, irrespective of their beliefs, morality, motives or general law-abiding behaviour.

Geert Wilders was excluded from Britain in case his discussion of Islamism in the Netherlands should lead to outbreaks of Islamophobic vigilantism in the UK.

Mark Steyn was taken to the kangaroo court of the Ontario Human Rights Commission for articles critical of some aspects of Islam and was witch-hunted and found guilty in advance, whilst being the first ever defendant not to be formally condemned by that insane body and was variously defended and maligned by its officials thus: "There was no hearing, no evidence presented and no opportunity to offer a defence — just a pronouncement of wrongdoing." The OHRC defended its right to comment by stating, "Like racial profiling and other types of discrimination, ascribing the behaviour of individuals to a group damages everyone in that group. We have always spoken out on such issues. Maclean’s and its writers are free to express their opinions. The OHRC is mandated to express what it sees as unfair and harmful comment or conduct that may lead to discrimination."

Today's demonstration by the English branch of Stop The Islamification of Europe has attracted similar 'fears' of knuckle-dragging racists as 'anti-fascist' UAF and Islamists misrepresent its members as being. Last time, the anti-Islamification protest was called off by the organsiers for fear of harm to the police, but the violence went on anyway, which only left one source of rioting and bigotry.

Now, despite all those dire warnings of massive and vicious persecution of innocent Muslims by individuals inflamed by the very mention of Islam's scriptural cruelties and historical and present oppressiveness, what hasn't happened is widescale or even small-scale mosque burnings; hangings; or beatings of Muslims in the West (except perhaps by their enraged male relatives) as a result of this talk. Nor as a result of the gloating pronouncements of Islamists about our foreign policy. Nor for harrassment against Western troops. Nor for calling for the murders of Britain's colourful artistic temperament community. Nor for attempted terrorism. Nor for successful terrorism.

There have been some beatings, it seems; but we may never know what motivated that attack, but not the holocaust we're always promised every time someone quotes the murky passages of the Koran or from Islamists' own words and deeds or publish pictures or writing about Islam and Muslims.

Hey guys, are we Islamophobic hate-mongers not trying hard enough or what?

You know what? This is all so insulting. Insulting to the Muslims who find scriptural reasons to question the violent and brutal aspects of Islam and oppose its practices. Insulting to the Muslims who ignore the dark stuff and peacefully get on with their lives regardless of it. Insulting to the rest of us who are quite capable of discriminating between the killer crazies and the Muslims who work in our hospitals and colleges and supermarkets and schools and restaurants and shops and who just want to take whatever comfort and salvation they can from their faith.

The 'Don't mention the Jihad' argument has more holes in it than a, well, you know.

And if talking about it is bad enough, what bloodthirsty massacres will follow the Swiss'vote refusing to allow any more minarets to be built in their country.

Let's just wait here for the claret to rain down over the Alps at the hands of us killer infidels, yeah?

BBC: best ever headline

How on earth did I miss it last year? Did I miss it at all, or are approaching old age and anger messing with my memories like Willow interfering with Tara in her sleep?

Perhaps I blogged furiously about it at the time, but supermarket budget vodka and absolutely everything that President Obama, Gordon Brown, David Cameron and the BBC have done since have wiped that spurt of fury from my recollections.

Perhaps it was because it was my birthday and I was therefore eating a curry with Mrs. Northwester and watching The Matrix or The Thirteenth Warrior or some other towering cultural item that (half) explains but (mostly) disappoints as a metaphor for our times.

Anyway, it might amuse readers to think on’t and chuckle about the BBC’s pallid cultural relativism and its moral compass stuck due Left. Are you ready for this? Are you sitting comfortably?

Four council workers have been sacked for sending a racist email to colleagues comparing Nazi death camps to the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
'After a full investigation, we have taken disciplinary action against a number of staff found to have sent and received highly inappropriate emails.
'Four people have been dismissed with a further five staff receiving formal written warnings.'

It's clear that some people have been circulating what I consider to be foul libels against the Israelis' defence of their civilians against terrorists.
It's no surprise either that members of the religion of peace seem to have been involved in passing these emails, though it's also likely at a formerly Labour-controlled county council that there are plenty hard-Left anti-Semites around too.

Nor do I have any trouble with people being disciplined for using emails on works time when they ought to have been working for their wages, though I think that email logs are things that management increasingly keep handy in case they need an excuse to sack someone for political deviationism, or just having a face that doesn't fit - which appears to be happening to not one but two of my friends here in the North West this week.
Bastard bureaucrats attacking my pals the other bureaucrats. I could weep. But go ahead and laugh: it's on your dime.

Gee, I hope they don't get me too.

And I have no trouble with the idea of monitoring peoples' communications in case they are involved in terrorism or other serious crimes. Not being a libertarian any more is very liberating that way.

As I whined at the time (eventually at the end of a long rambling post with banjos in it)

Today this is ‘good power’ by my lights but next time it could be me emailing this very post home to publish it who gets investigated.

If we had honest politics in this country wherein murderous and pro-terrorist anti-Semitic Islam could be named as such, and if we could manage not to be shouted down and branded racists for mentioning the possibility that perhaps some aspects of Islam encourage violence and other brutality, then there would be little or less reason - little moral cause or justification as far as the Queen's Peace is concerned - to spy on and discipline anti-Israel posters and mailers like these people because their voices would be just a few amongst many differing and genuinely diverse opinions in a free and open debate.

Islamist violence and intimidation and roll-me-over-and-pump-me-like-a-bitch dhimmitude amongst our non-authoritative authorities have made such debate all but illegal so it just doesn't happen in the mainstream media without tons of bricks hitting the courageous commentators - Undercover Mosque anyone?.
And that's just the good side - if we assume in our low blood-sugar moments that Lancashire County Council are doing this to prevent anti-Semitic evil being encouraged.

I suspect that there will be at least some aspects of professionalism involved, what with the mailers breaching LCC's IT security system a la Pepper Potts in Iron Man; though public sector security systems have a reputation for being the anti-hacking equivalents of 'Is this trip really necessary?' posters, but mostly what happened is that a scandal hit Lancashire's County Hall and they can't cover it up.
This may be because information about it went public, and I'd bet that someone emailed this trash home and someone later complained anonymously in a similar way.

So, it's illegal to support terrorism in certain complicated ways - including saying nice things about them in some ways - but on the other hand the witch-hunter's unanswerable cry of 'racism' means that all official media and respectable society will shy away from anyone who is accused of it.

So these no-goodniks lose their livelihoods for being anti-Israel arses (their families will be thrilled) but, as the Penguin says the politico keeps his seat becasue he's privileged - and still the BBC and much of the government do not allow heterodox coverage or discussion of Islam and the Middle East for fear of threatening 'community cohesion.' So we get this crock from police via the Guardian:

Commander Shaun Sawyer told a meeting of British Muslims concerned about the danger to their communities that police were responding to the growing threat.Sawyer said of the far right:
"I fear that they will have a spectacular... they will carry out an attack that will lead to a loss of life or injury to a community somewhere. They're not choosy about which community."...

"There is an increased possibility of violence from the far right. There is a trend," said one senior source, adding that the ideology of the violent right was driven by "people who don't like immigration, people who don't like Islam. We're seeing a resurgence of anti-semitism as well."

That makes sense

Sigh. It's difficult for an authoritarian Right-winger like me to work out what to do for the best, but I'm never going to get the intel I need for my unrepresentative lunatic-fringe ravings to give the respectable rest of the Right a bad name without Internet freedom.

Arse.

Perhaps to be on the safe side when I come to office I'd better bring in sweeping new State powers to punish people who argue for the banning of public dissent from debates seeking to enforce sanctions against those who disapprove of making censorship illegal.

The Gagged Civil Servant - Update

MySociety have checked with Lisa Greenwood to see what actually happened. The email was inadvertently sent from her work account rather than her hotmail account.

I've just had a phone chat with Lisa Greenwood, the sacked civil servant. She's explained, and even been kind enough to send me anemail that I can use as evidence. In short, what she told me happened was:

1.) She used google and ended up on Hazel Blear's page on TheyWorkForYou.com

2.) She clicked through from it to Hazel's official site

3.) She found the 'contact me' page on the official site and thenclicked on the email address, which, using a mailto: tag popped up herwork email client.

4.) She wrote and sent her fatal email, which was delivered from herDCSF email account, not her Hotmail which she'd normally use.

Here's how Lisa describes it in her own words:

"Dear Tom, I googled Hazel Blears and found the website 'they work for you' and it said to contact Hazel Blears click on the following link http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/hazel_blears/salford
I then clicked on her personal webpage that said 'contact me'. You will have to contact the DCFS for them to explain their interception. Many thanks Lisa Greenwood"

My guess is that the recipient – the Blears official site - decided to crush Miss Greenwood and tipped off DCSF, who held a kangaroo court and sacked her.

Utterly outrageous.

Miss Greenwood should get in touch with an employment law solicitor straight away. She should obtain full disclosure of all material relating to her dismissal including any contact made by the Blears office. I predict a minor scandal and a modest pay-off….if this is kept in the public eye. You know now….if you get in touch with a MP or minister’s office and they don’t like what you say, they will try and get you sacked.

I have long believed that corsets, lipstick, margarine and dog-food are evidence that support the existence of a benign and omnipotent Creator, since what other source can there be for the human ingenuity and heroic co-operation that can make something good of such ugly, stupid, and otherwise entirely pointless creatures as the great whales?

On the surface Naseebah Bibi did not appear to be an out-of-the-ordinary figure.

So we get that hilariously ordinary picture.

Do you think it even matters to Ms. Clegg that something might also have been lost along with what we have ‘gained’ from multiculturalism? The suffragettes’ uneasy shades might like to discuss the veil with their great grand daughters, I suspect.

Not a hint of irony there. I mean, even if you accept - as I do - that immigrants can indeed make a good home in a foreign country, does it really seem that this is what’s actually happened? She’s actually helped, in part, to make someone else’s home into a foreign country, and for the daughters-in-law, making a foreign country into a prison.

But behind closed doors the grandmother imprisoned her three daughters-in-law and used one as her slave for 13 years.

Since the details of the 63-year-old's "enslavement" of the three emerged her actions have been described as "inhumane", "horrific" and "outdated".

Watch that word, outdated, because it implies former legitimacy and that it’s a thing of a past from which we are now, somehow, disconnected. Note the use of the word ‘slave.’ In England, in 2009. An actual slave.

But to some women she is held in awe and, instead of anger, they pity her.

They blame her incarceration on her three victims who "clearly wanted revenge against this poor lady".

People have different viewpoints and attitudes; that’s part of the human condition, but some unspecified people are reported by our national broadcaster as willingly admitting to siding with this crazy old loon. Apparently unquestioned by our three billion pound per year BBC, these women are walking around their homes, though in some cases maybe no further than the end of the street if Hannah Shah is to be believed, thinking that holding one’s daughters-in-law enslaved and being punished for it makes her some kind of a victim. They’re there, in Blackburn,

Blackburn, with a population of 105,000 - of which nearly a quarter are Muslim Asian - is greatly divided when it comes to Bibi.

She was found guilty of falsely imprisoning Nagina Akhtar between 1993 and 2006, Tazeem Akhtar from 2001 to 2003 and Nisbah Akhtar between 2005 and 2007.

So, nothing out-of-the-ordinary there – or is it? I’d love some kind of contextualizing here about the prevalence, scarcity, or downright uniqueness of some ‘Asian’ Muslim women being unable to speak English after several years in England. I’d like to know if this was just an inescapable consequence of their unique experience of slavery, or if, on the other hand, it’s actually part of something bigger; something that happens often, and maybe in certain particular groups. And then it would be a social problem like domestic abuse, and perhaps worthy of prolonged BBC investigation, and comparing with like groups elsewhere. Perhaps they’d like to interview Hannah Shah who has an interesting story to tell about a similar community. Oh, no. They still haven’t.

But I have the feeling at this stage that it’ll turn out to be a one-off problem. And anyway, what kind of a crazed racist cares much about education? Education? Education…

Now this could be the plain story of a nasty old woman bullying her younger relatives, and from the photograph from the BBC article about her sentence, she looks like a major loon, (though I don’t suppose anyone looks like Barbie in a police photograph; particularly if you’ve never shown your naked face to outsiders before), and this is nothing to do with the communidee…

One woman said: "I feel sorry for the elderly lady [Bibi], she has not been treated well and I think it is a clear case of revenge."

Nas, a local community worker, said: "As a first generation Asian we have experienced these things first hand and I don't think it's enslavement."

Okay, so I was wrong about the not being to do with the community thing.

Shop owner Jamil, who knows the family, said he was shocked that this could happen to "such a nice family".

You can’t help asking yourself how someone defines ‘nice’ wherein some new family members have never learned the language of the land they are living in after years. Of course, family secrets can be just that, but these are tightly-knit communities, huddled together for protection against the white racist hordes on Northern England. Someone must have known something, surely? Or does nice in the Blackburn dialect mean ‘not uppity, and knows her place?’

So the BBC finds a Muslim-named person who just happens to be challenging ‘stereotypes’ and ‘negative myths’ and she strolls into BBC article about Muslims oppressing Muslims and half the community siding against the whistle-blowing victims. You know, if you’re dealing with vicious bullying and family abuse by a particular ethnic or religious group and which is protected by the secrecy and the open support of part of that group, but you are concerned about events that actually happened, then it may very well be stereotypes and negative myths that you’re trying to challenge - but it’s not lies. There’s something rotten in the state of Blackburn and it’s only the negative myths you’re challenging? How about the BBC getting someone on who is challenging the source of negativity?. You know: tough on enslaving women; tough on the causes of enslaving women.

She said: "I am saddened by it, living in an age where equality and justice is there for everybody.

"This practice is quite outmoded, its outdated.

She may mean that it was always wrong to treat people that way, but that now a consensus amongst Asian Muslims hold such things to be wrong. I might or might not believe you - there are some very brave people trying to change things for the better, i.e. making things more British – but saying that old pathologies that were once common are now rare or obsolete is a common propaganda technique. I hope that by this she really means ‘I hate being a second-class citizen in the whites’ eyes as an Asian, and I hate being lower than a snakes’s belly in the misogynist Muslim background from which I came, but I’m just not ready to say that this kind of thing was and is common – because I may lose my ‘in’ with fearful people I mean to help.’

Or she could think something less helpful, and be concentrating on the challenging stereotypes and negative myths Shtick for some other purpose.

"I am surprised that it has taken so long to come to light - it could have been fear or their [the victims'] lack of awareness.

"I am very sad that this is an older lady and she should be setting an example in their communities.

"It may have been perceived as the norm in her generation in other countries, but that should make her set a precedent by not doing it.

"I just hope this sentence acts as a deterrent to other people, no one should have had to go through what they did."

Let’s look at a bit from the article about sentencing, shall we?

Judge Brown said he had taken into account the "cultural element" of the case.

"I take into account that in arranging the marriages in the first place you felt obliged to follow the wishes of your own parents concerning arranged marriages," he said.

You’ve got to wonder if this taking into account was ever extended to the boys from rough communities; brutalized and brainwashed in madrasahs as does happen, would get lighter sentences from any anti-kuffar activities than, say, violence perpetrated by white middle-class people lucky enough brought up in leafy suburbs but who then who go off the rails.

Send Nigel to the Scrubs and throw away the key! Throw the book at him (it’s in three volumes with footnotes and a preface by John Mortimer). It’s the only language these bourgeois bastards understand! Except for French, German, Latin and Greek.

So if the brutality of a culture is seen as mitigation for any crimes committed by its members - or ‘victims’ as we might more justly think of them - and if there should be understanding and therefore more leniency with sentencing them, and that only a full an liberal education, along with great education opportunities in life can convey full responsibility and perspective and to merit the full force of the law, then you might get to a situation where repeat leniency to society’s more brutal (because brutalized) individuals allows them ever more chances to hurt the innocent, whereas the majesty of the law falls most heavily only on its better-off and more prosperous members because they should know better.

But that can never happen.

Judge Robert Brown, sentencing, said it was evident her victims had suffered physical and psychological trauma and had spent long periods "living in fear".

He ordered that Bibi serve three-and-a-half years in prison before being allowed out on licence, but would then face further monitoring.

I can see this communidee being all chatty around nice white social workers from County Hall about Bibi’s doings after three years in Holloway, can’t you? They’ll just open right up over a cup of tea and a few Koranic passages about how women are defective.

He said: "It seems to be necessary in the public interest that you should be subject to a long period of supervision after you are released from prison so that your situation and that in your household can be monitored.

"At the same time, because of your poor health and in particular your mental health, I shall keep the custodial element of sentence as short as I can, consistent with my duty to punish you, to deter you from further offences and to protect the public."

A difficult balancing act, no doubt.

Now look, this might just be a nasty family tale and only an exception but not the rule. And as such the treatment of women in the ‘Asian’ Muslim community would not be a true national ssue, except for us race-hating hate-mongers of hate. Might.

Only…Despite the BBC’s flim-flam act with challenging negative myths and the hopeful thought that some people at least think that slavery is outdated in this country (if acceptable in other lands with different unique and vibrant cultures), even then with the best politically-correct multiculti will in the world since records began the BBC found plenty of people who thought that the young victims were gold-diggers – and perhaps traitors to the group – and that this nutso old cow was some kind of victim.

So maybe a lot of this cruelty and harming is still going on in just such tightly-knit communities elsewhere in Britain, and maybe the BBC and its liberal chums should investigate, expose and criticise the deliberate imprisonment and abuse of illiterate immigrant girls.

But to even publicise this problem might to cause a backlash in the future of ‘racism’ and ‘islamophobia.’ So we’d better not look too closely into what may be the widespread beating, starving, and imprisonment of girls just in case some contemporary Adolf Eichmann kicks off about it.

Even back in Leafy Suburb Grammar School (founder Matthew Hopkins) between Introductory Hate-Crimes and Breeding A Better Briton lectures, it was explained to me that hurting girls was somehow wrong, and something we’d better not do or allow to happen. I still feel the same, despite living in more enlightened times.

So forgive me when I don’t get all exercised the way the BBC does extensively about a bunch of animals; however useful their carcasses might be when they choose to move swiftly and and,er, draw a discreet veil over people-hurting behaviour by favoured groups.
