Aside from having at least some dialogue that represents the brass and percussion equivalent of a dog-whistle
for the non-useless Right:“Progress always wins.” “Maybe
progress should lose for once,” it’s a rip-roaring adventure ride with unbelievably believable
prehistoric reptiles chowing down as per usual on Hom Sap, and if the storyline
and sub-plot lack originality, still.
Wow. Just wow.
But the most interesting
and ultimately the most poignant plot device is the suspense built up about
just which DNA has been added to the T Rex template to make the new
super-hybrid Indomitus Rex the most vicious (and dramatic) hunter-killer of all
time. We learn piecemeal that amongst other improvements, invertebrate DNA has
been spliced in but are warned (as if with lights and bells) that the last ingredient
is ‘classified.’
Say, what kind of ‘Unity’ doesn’t invite people who oppose the
cold-blooded murder of men, women, children, police officers, Jews, and the
subjection and mutilation of girls and women anyway?

out" and used to prove the force was no longer racist
A black firearms officer who is suing the
Metropolitan Police for racial and sexual discrimination claims she was a
"token" used by the force to try to prove it was diverse.,,, said she
was put forward for an interview in the wake of the shooting of Mark Duggan, at
a time when her unit had a "bad reputation"….she was also tasked with
driving Baroness Lawrence, the mother of murdered Stephen Lawrence, in what she
saw as an attempt by the Met to prove it was no longer racist.
Yes, fellow Klansmen, it’s time to use
those old sheets and pillowcases for something other than midnight rood-oxidation parties in the ‘Hood, because nothing says White Supremacy and patriarchal
phallocentric elitism quite as well as arming and armouring a young female black
officer and putting her onto London’s streets, tooled-up and good to go. It’s
the Nazi dream come true.
And then they humiliated her publicly by
making some kind of role-model or poster-girl of her. Unconscionable.

being used as a token by the organisation."
So if representing diversity means being
visibly from a minority (or two) and that also means tokenism we may all have
to introduce the burqa as standard uniform to the Met to make sure no-one can
parade blackness/femaleness to make any kind of political statement. Ever.
She said: "I felt I was called upon to
demonstrate to Mrs Lawrence that the organisation had come a long way as here I
stood as a successful black female officer."
It would have been better to have the new
baroness guarded by a couple of tall blond white guys, because that’s the best way
to prove that diversity works. Plus, it’s not that this is in any way the
special pleading of a rent-seeking race-hustler leveraging her elite firearms
squad position for fame and fortune: her theory is actually proven by The Science.

spent with my children has been affected and compromised. Time, which I will
never get back.
My children have been impacted by this case.
Can’t argue with that: her opinion alone
is proof as convincing as a well-documented series of experiments under
controlled conditions using careful observations, meticulous record-keeping and
thoroughly-worded arguments; each one qualified and foot-noted to a T. But like all good science it’s peer-reviewed by other, equally-well qualified and
eminent scientists and philosophers who have tested her claims under laboratory
conditions. Such as a six-year old child.
My six year old daughter only last week asked
me if I was going to leave the police service, I asked her why she was asking
and her reply 'my school friend told me they treat you bad mommy. Her mom said
so.' I have had to reassure my children that I will be fine."

To be fair, an accusation of tokenism
would have to be supported with evidence that in some way PC Howard wasn’t up
to the job; perhaps by being a poor shot, or by freezing under fire or being
ineffective under pressure, or by being unable or unwilling to take criticism
and correction in the tough, high-pressure professional world of firearms specialists…

Kelly, when he had stood holding his gun and a Taser stun gun while dressing
her down in front of senior officers.
So what can we on the Right take away from
this? Only one little thing, which is that whenever some Prog prat risks jeopardizing
police efficiency and public safety by putting
diversity first and by changing the law in exchange
for the support, gratitude and professionalism of minorities, we can tell him
it possibly might not work.
It's difficult to imagine words to more perfectly illustrate the total moral and intellectual bakruptcy of the 'anti-racist' Left than these:

In 2014 we finally have the chance to get rid of the political system at Westminster that pours fuel onto the bigoted fire of Farage and Ukip. Scotland wants to be a country that welcomes immigrants – but we need independence to make that desire a reality."
To be fair, the problem here isn't so much the utter lack of self-awareness involved in the witchunters when the shiny new, totally cool and awesome slogan of anti-racism amounts to 'foreigners go home.' After all, scientists have been warning that inside the intestine of the typical liberal lurk up to seven and a half pounds of undigested bullshit, and conservatives have long known that the anti-racism industry's Average Uncle Joe's public pronouncements are to truth as A History of Banking in Manchester is to the Game of Thrones novels. No, it's the type arguement that they're using to justify saying Englishman go home that's so spectacularly wrong from their own point of view: namely that it's his belief system, not his race, they're objecting to. He's a Nazi. Can we use this argument so it would work in the context of actual immigration to the UK today? Nazizm is wrong, presumably, because it encourages and indeed mandates its followers to use violence and subterfuge up to and including conquest of the entire world with the consequent subjugation of all outsiders into permanent submissive or slave status and the execution of all Jews and other undesirables. Nazism also took the stance that women were less valuable than men and ought to stick to domestic work, motherhood and religion. Oh, Nazism in practise slandered opponents, violently suppressed and eventually criminalized all political expression contrary to the will of the ruling party - there was to be no artistic, intellectual or political activity that was not condoned or compelled by the rulers, creating an intellectual police state as total as the physical tyranny on the streets and its substitution of laws equal to all for 'laws' existing solely to enforce the will of the leadership . Coincidentally, Nazi censorship started in the form of 'angry' street protests intended to intimidate and drown out the speeches of anti-Nazis. So I'm guessing if the anti-racist, anti-Nazi Left were sincere in disliking ideologies and practises like that their next slogan would in the real world have to be; "Muslims go home. Because your beliefs and actions are wrong - not your race, which is just fine." As a bonus, the Zen-like calm of someone who proclaims that somehow Westminster politics makes British people unwelcoming to immigrants, (as if the UK government had much to do with who comes to live here and how immigrants should be treated and how natives might feel about the situation), gives us a glimpse into the surreal landscape of contemporary liberalism's alternative reality mindset.

see that the jokers are trying to push a new ‘disco’ website up the Google
and Facebook ratings so those horrible proletarian oiks of the English Defence
League can no longer expect their unacceptable expressions of free speech to be
found on the first page or otherwise high on the listings when the search term ‘EDL’ is used.

I think she slipped and missed out the respectable ‘some’ between ‘but’ and ‘conservatives.’ But still.
I cringed during the campaign at the drooling of male broadcasters over the candidate's physique; the "cool black guy" envy many of them subliminally expressed in their words and their writing which risked reducing Obama to some kind of fantasy. There still are those lachrymose liberals who can't stop welling up every time they see a black face in their vicinity. And there is the syndrome, whose name is even now being invented by psychologists, for those white people who feel that they can say things to black people that they would not have done before, simply because they stepped up to the plate and voted for Obama.
That’s so complicated and obscure that I don’t even want to try to figure it out.
Racism cuts both ways.
Obama's campaign slogan was "Change". We on the left need to change. Change our tired, ideologically driven responses to events. Change our moth-eaten rhetoric. Change our demands on what people of colour, women, disabled people, gays and lesbians ought to be when they attain positions of power. Change the arrogance and class bias too often buried in the language the US left uses, such as "astroturf", "cracker nation" and "faux-News" – and change too the establishment oligarchy that shapes our opinions and forms our images.
In other words, ‘The Left needs to stop being The Left.’ Good luck with that one. Really.
Above all, we must change the unspoken belief that Barack Obama is our president. However else this presidency ends up, it will be primarily the creation of the person elected to office. Before our eyes, he is building his mission, reshaping, reconfiguring, adjusting.
We have a great man in the Oval Office. With him, we are in uncharted waters. Let's help him keep the ship of state steady – and let's shut up.
Hmm, because the last thing he needs right now is a bunch of Left-wing race-baiters around him calling his critics racists, except for the particular bunch of Left-wing race-baiters he’s had around him all his adult life; some of whose pals he’s appointed to public office.
So, apart from her one paragraph of two lines reversion to type, Ms. Greer is incisive, observant, rational and right.
And that’s the problem with liberals today. It’s not that some liberals can’t see faults in themselves (or more likely their programmes and style) that don’t merely translate as ‘Not Left-wing enough.’ Some clearly can. Nick Cohen and Melanie Phillips have taken that step backwards to the hard core of classical social-liberal belief and are trying to apply that core to a world that contains things not recognized by machine liberalism: real-world Islam being distinct from Anglicanism-with-coriander-and-garlic; moral poverty as the major cause of the economic sort in industrialised countries; the scarcity of resources.
And gravity.
But when otherwise perceptive, fair and honest Left-liberals just plain can’t accept that we other people hold to what we believe in and say what we mean, then they’re always going to assume that conservatives have a terrible and unredeemable dark heart.
In misinterpreting conservatives, even the best of them voids their own – increasingly scarce – moral honesty. Lose that and they’ve really only got the folk songs to fall back on…and it’s not looking good.
It's a toss-up between the self-absorption, the triviality, and the willful ignorance of the modern Left towards matters of nationality and race as to which is the most harmful and offensive to our way of life.Here's what some of the self-serving blowhards have been doing to make our national life safer and more peaceful.
Complaints that a milk advert was racist because it showed a white bull getting "purer" by losing its black patches have been dismissed by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
The cartoon campaign for Cravendale milk prompted 11 complaints, 10 against a television advert and another about a magazine advert.
The ASA did not uphold the complaints, saying viewers were unlikely to see the adverts as racist so widespread serious offence was unlikely.
The ruling said: "The cows were intended as a visual metaphor for milk which underwent extra filtration processes.
"We considered viewers were likely to understand that the black and white bulls in the ads were intended as a metaphor for milk and were unlikely to interpret the visual representations of the purification process as being racist.
During the television advert an animated bull was shown visiting a milk bar. It appeared angry and demanded milk, drinking every bottle. It was then sent down a chute to the Cravendale purity room were its black patches were gradually removed and it passed signs saying "pure" and "purer".
The magazine advert showed a picture of a black and white cow next to the phrase "fresh milk". A sieve was shown below and underneath that was a white cow, alongside the text "only purer".
Additional text below said: "Cravendale is purified to remove the bacteria that turns milk sour. So you get a clean, fresh tasting milk."
Oh my God! Scramble RAF Bomber Command, call out the Platoon of Guards and signal both vessels of the mighty Royal Navy to get steam up against the imminent threat of Operation Sea Lion.
Now this is no longer tactical.
This isn't just the Far Left creating a febrile atmosphere in which any expression of doubt about the matchless loveliness of immigration is beyond the pale, and so only the Left gets to discuss nationality in the hopes of latter-day Weimar-style rioting between them and the National Front. This isn't just the Labour Party in the 1960s using memories of Hitler and Mosley to intimidate the Conservatives from discussing Pakistan and New Commonwealth settlement here.This is the culture, stupid. This is the third generation since Enoch Powell's expulsion from the Shadow Cabinet and it's now standard operating practise for some of the Left - anyone in the Left - to keep the pot boiling. It's pretty much all they can do now that their economics have been shot to hell by decades of comparisons between the centrally-controlled and free economies.
But this instinct is dangerous because those Islamists who preach jihad; their gangs of converts; and the immigrant criminal gangs aren't going to go away. They are going to go on becoming more numerous and more powerful and they will continue to be protected by the kind of reflex action to witch-hunt 'racism' wherever it might be concocted - no matter how absurdly. People are already dying but it's all but illegal to speak of it.
Anti-racism has tried to infect even the 'voluntary sector' such as the Advertising Standards Agency - whose 'voluntary' financing from advertising sales prevents the ever-more invasive State from taking much closer and ever more prescriptive control of the industry. So much so that someone thought it worthwhile to use the ASA to trump up the semblance of white supremacism at Arla Foods of Leeds.
Think of the huge pretension that this represents. The massive self-centredness of people who think it's acceptable to counterfeit rage at (or who are deluded enough to actually believe in the existence of) Nazi dairymen bespeaks the triviality and obsession of large parts of this country. It's just fine and dandy to use up all those resources and to divert time from an organization that is intended to punish manufacturers who say that cigarettes contain vitamins or that their aftershave attracts women to everyone who wears it in order to fight off non-existent Nazi hordes.
What point is there any more in standing by a political class (including the 'Conservatives') which goes along with this enthusiastically; that lets the race-hustlers and the victim-herds rule over us: who stop our mouths with curses and slanders, and who prevent the issues that might save the lives of people of all races from ever being discussed?
And many people have got the point. We are mostly sober, decent(-ish in my case), law-abiding people who mean no harm to anyone. Our hearts aren't full of hatred for 'The Other', nor dreams of conquest, nor spiffy uniforms, nor shattered glass and beer-house brawling. We fear for our children's futures and for our own safety and yet as we watch our legislators troughing on the very best in life that we taxpayers can provide whilst we walk our own streets fearfully in some places (if at all) we know that any discussion, any mention of nationality and immigration will be met from all quarters with slanders and libels and abuse.
Tell me all you of the political-class of MPs and Westminster, Whitehall and Brussels insiders, if you're going to accuse any of racism at the first breath of criticism of your rainbow land, then why shouldn't we be hung for a Nazi cow as for a racist lamb?
And why shouldn't we hang you out to dry come June on the rope that we paid for but which you stole?
