Simples

Call me old-fashioned if you like, (and if you want to call me an abject, cringing worm it’ll cost you £400 an hour and you’ll have to bring your own dustpan, brush and riding-crop), but what I think England needs today is more mandatory youth sensitivity training for its police officers at all ranks from the front-line ticket-writing truncheon-droppers all the way up to the braid-bedecked Knighthood-swilling consultancy-pensioned retired Deputy Assistant Chief responsibility-avoiders, with added cultural outreach programme co-ordination validation. It’s worked so well since Scarman, so please let’s have some more.

   That’ll teach them some respect.

Hmmm - that's novel.

"mandatory youth sensitivity training"

Providing this mean sensitising the feral youth and is akin to tenderising a steak with a spiked wooden hammer then yep...I'm all for that :)
